    ABOUT THE ROLE

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Support – Purchasing & Inventory to assist our Supply team with day-to-day purchasing and inventory tasks. This role is administrative-focused and does not require formal procurement or purchasing qualifications—perfect for someone with strong admin skills who enjoys working with systems, suppliers, and stock management.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Raise, approve, and follow up on purchase orders.
    • Reconcile invoices in Oracle (JDE) and resolve any mismatches.
    • Assist with warehouse stock management, including stock counts and audits.
    • Communicate with suppliers across different industries to track orders and resolve queries.
    • Manage vendor-managed consumables and process stock returns/transfers.
    • Monitor and respond to requests in the Underground Requisitions mailbox.
    • Provide general administrative support to the Supply team and assist with various tasks as needed.
