Key Responsibilities * Serve as the first point of contact for the office, managing incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism. * Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff. * Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity. * Maintain and organise both digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information. * Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations. * Provide general administrative support to various departments to assist with projects and daily tasks. * Assist with data entry and the maintenance of company databases and records.
