Job Description 1. Administrative Asset Management: Submitting procurement requests for office supplies, furniture, appliances, and daily necessities; receiving and managing inventory. 2. Daily Operations and Staffing of the Office Area: Including workstation allocation, maintenance and repair of logistical facilities, and environmental sanitation management. 3. Enhancing Employee Experience: Including maintenance and improvement of the warehouse work environment and logistical infrastructure. Organizing or assisting with holiday and team-building activities; regularly conducting community activities. 4. Expense Management: Developing administrative expense budgets, monthly expense accrual and reconciliation, setting cost reduction targets and plans, and driving their achievement. 5. Other miscellaneous tasks and temporary work. Job Requirements 1. Associate's degree or above. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in asset management, park operations, or other administrative roles. 2. Excellent communication skills, strong teamwork spirit, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. 3. Proficient in office software (such as Excel) and related management tools. 4. Fluent in English and Chinese.
