(DHi) is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient office management. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities across different teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Provide direct administrative support to executives and team members. Organize meetings, prepare reports, and maintain schedules. Manage office supplies and resources to ensure smooth operations. Recordkeeping & Compliance Ensure accurate filing of both digital and physical records. Assist with audit preparations and compliance reporting as needed. Maintain confidential information in accordance with company policies. Cross-Functional Assistance Collaborate with multiple departments to support company-wide initiatives. Assist with project management tasks to ensure timely deliverables. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in administrative support roles. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to work with confidential information responsibly. Preferred Qualifications Experience in government contracting or federal operations. Prior experience supporting senior-level management. Core Competencies Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in administrative tasks. Interpersonal Communication: Foster positive working relationships across departments.
