Responsibilities: Provide administrative and clerical support, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence. Assist the management team with special projects, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation. Support marketing and social media initiatives , scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement. Provide backup support for reception duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing mail. Assist with event planning and coordination. Ensure the smooth operation of the office by maintaining a clean and organized environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in administrative support roles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
