Smart Capital Center is seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated selfstarter with excellent communication and timemanagement skills. The Administrative Support Specialist will provide administrative support to our team, ensure the smooth operation of our office, and serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, directing them to the appropriate team members
  • Coordinate and manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure a wellfunctioning office environment
  • Act as the liaison between the team and external parties, including clients, vendors, and partners
  • Prepare and maintain various reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for internal use
  • Plan and coordinate team meetings and events, both virtual and inperso
  • Handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Utilize various software and tools to assist in daily tasks and operations, such as Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience in a professional setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software and tools
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • Detailoriented and able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the team and company
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company
Responsibilities

THE PAY RANGE FOR THIS ROLE IS:

45,000 - 55,000 USD per year(Remote (Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, US)
