JOB SUMMARY
The Office is seeking an Office & Administrative Specialist, Intermediate (OASI) to provide clerical and administrative services to the Consumer Action Division. This includes support for staff attorneys, legal assistants, attorney managers, and office managers, as well as client agencies and constituents of the State of Minnesota.
Support services for these positions include drafting, typing letters, memos, and correspondence, data entry, photocopying, scanning, collating, binding documents, filing, and organizational projects.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work environment (combination of in-office work and telework) after successful completion of onboarding and training.
