TerraLogix is built on providing excellent environmental management services while still providing cost effective environmental solutions for the Upstream Oil and Gas Industry. We are experienced in the development and coordination of environmental assessment programs, environmental project management and on-site project supervision. Currently TerraLogix’s offices are located in Calgary, Edmonton, and Medicine Hat, Alberta.
Terralogix Solutions Inc. is recruiting a Full Time Administrative Assistant for their Edmonton office. The Administrative Assistant will report to the Northern Operations Manager and be responsible for administrative tasks for Terralogix Solutions and its subsidiaries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-Secondary Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration
  • 1-3 Years previous office experience in an administrative capacity
  • General computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and Adobe
  • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, able to multi-task and have strong organizing and planning skills.
  • Experience with SiteView, ADP-Open Invoice, and Cortex would be an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Record keeping, document filing/tracking, and inputting data.
  • PDF document creation
  • Maintain company procedure and policy documents.
  • Assist management with ad hoc projects.
  • Planning company events
  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings.
  • Organizing fleet maintenance
  • Equipment maintenance and records
  • Other administrative tasks as required.
