JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in various office software. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to both staff and clients.
Employment Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $17.60/hr
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in a medical or dental office.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks (mandatory) and basic accounting principles.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and customer service abilities.
  • Prior experience as a dental receptionist or similar role is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing time effectively.
