Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities * Quality Control: Ensure accuracy and completeness of proposal forms. * Proposal Processing: Handle the processing of proposals using the designated software. * Follow-Up: Track acceptances and medical requests. * Premium Processing: Process first premiums received via account transfer. * Cash Transactions: Manage cash transactions with customers and issue receipts for Swan Life Ltd and Swan General Ltd. * Bank Form Completion: Filling out direct debit or standing order forms. * Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer queries. * Record keeping: Maintain accurate and organised records, files and databases. * Debtor Follow-Up: Contact customers to resolve outstanding payments and record repayment arrangements. * Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and procedures. Candidate's Profile * Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent. * Minimum 1 year working experience in the life insurance sector and customer service. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. * Be a team player.    Note: Offer will be made initially on a fixed term contract of 3 months and person will be based at Rose-Hill branch.    The Company reserves the right:  1.
