Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities Quality Control: Ensure accuracy and completeness of proposal forms. Proposal Processing: Handle the processing of proposals using the designated software. Follow-Up: Track acceptances and medical requests. Premium Processing: Process first premiums received via account transfer. Cash Transactions: Manage cash transactions with customers and issue receipts for Swan Life Ltd and Swan General Ltd. Bank Form Completion: Filling out direct debit or standing order forms. Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer queries. Record keeping: Maintain accurate and organised records, files and databases. Debtor Follow-Up: Contact customers to resolve outstanding payments and record repayment arrangements. Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and procedures. Candidate's Profile Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent. Minimum 1 year working experience in the life insurance sector and customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Be a team player. Note: Offer will be made initially on a fixed term contract of 3 months and person will be based at Cascavelle branch. The Company reserves the right: 1.
