JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-orientated and proactive Administrative Support professional to assist our Systems Analyst Team with coordination, documentation, and general administrative tasks. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of system-related processes, stakeholder communication, and internal reporting.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably within an IT or systems environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate – essential.
  • Familiarity with administrative and system support processes.
