Therefore, we are currently looking for an Administrative Support to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a candidate who thrives in an agile business setting. Knowledgeable about supporting and coordinating activities and initiatives across teams. You are comfortable dealing with different people from various cultures and managing different tasks in parallel, both administrative/routine as well as new tasks where initiative and a more experimental approach is needed.
You have a structured, detailed and systematic approach to problem solving with a strong follow-up ability and is good at communicating in both Danish and English and experienced with the Office suite.
You are both self-motivated and a team player, and eager to learn. You approach tasks systematically and is able to keep and create an overview, demonstrating supportive, flexible and empathic skills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a balance of routine administrative tasks and new, innovative projects. Your ability to approach tasks systematically, maintain an overview, and communicate effectively will be crucial in this role.


Responsibilities:

TEAM AND ROLE

You will be part of the dynamic Global Sales team based in Lystrup, reporting directly to the two heads of Sales. This team is pivotal in driving the company’s sales initiatives and strategies, ensuring that Terma’s cutting-edge products and services effectively reach our customers in the defense and security sectors. The team is composed of a diverse group of professionals, including sales managers, proposal managers, and technical specialists, all working collaboratively to achieve our sales targets and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
As an Administrative Support, your role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the Global Sales team. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the team, allowing the sales leaders to focus on strategic goals. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will be crucial in managing administrative tasks, coordinating activities, and supporting the overall sales efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an administrative assistant you will have impact on the organization efficiency through administration and support to assisting the two head of sales and for their teams in Lystrup.

Your responsibilities will cover:

  • Coordination/planning: calendar booking, minute taking, event planning, coordinate exhibitions with marketing.
  • Support: Data discipline (ongoing monthly, CRM updates including R&D hrs, document filing), Due diligence CSR interface, prepare information before customer visit, travel support.
  • Maitenance: contact lists, standatd proposals, data guidelines, price list updates, reseller updates, maintenance of sales presentations, WIKI, portal.
  • Limited travel activities. Denmark internal and international in connection with sales events.

The position is newly established so you will have the opportunity to shape the role together with the two heads of sales.
