The Administrative Assistant V directly supports the Associate Chief Nursing Office. This position plays a key role in facilitating the seamless integration of International Educated Nurses (IENs) into their new living environments. This role ensures smooth relocation processes (including housing-related matters), effective communication with stakeholders, and the logistical setup of accommodations. Housing-related matters, acting as a crucial link between IENs, Clinical Operations, AHS Housing, and the Associate Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO). Additionally, the position supports various clerical and administrative tasks as needed within the ACNO department. The position operates at a high level of responsibility, requiring exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and advanced communication capabilities. The Administrative Assistant V is expected to independently manage complex logistical processes, from the initial distribution of housing information to the final stages of move-in coordination. This role requires a high degree of attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion. The Administrative Assistant V must be adept at prioritizing tasks, managing time effectively, and adapting to changing circumstances to ensure the successful settlement of IENs in their new accommodations. This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
