About the opportunity The role of the Administration Officer is responsible for providing high quality reception and administrative support to the Mercy Mental Health and Wellbeing Service. This involves completing the patient journey (admitting, discharging, arriving, departing and transferring) on various patient management systems. You will be greeting clients and visitors and responding to enquiries. You will provide support to other team members and actively participate in key activities of the Mercy Mental Health and Wellbeing Service. About you: Demonstrated administrative and MS Office skills, iPM, CMi, and Mastercare desirable Strong customer service focus and excellent conflict resolution skills Proven problem solving, ability to work autonomously, time management skills and multi-tasking abilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills What you’ll bring You’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.
