Within this portfolio, the Program Delivery, Events and Marketing (PDEM) team coordinates administrative services, College events, and engagement activities. The team is collaborative, practical, and focused on delivering well organised outcomes that support both staff and students. About the Role:  The Administrative Team Leader (Program Delivery, Events and Marketing) plays a key role in ensuring the smooth planning and delivery of College events and administrative services. Reporting to the College Operations Manager, you’ll lead a small team responsible for coordinating events, supporting program delivery activities, and providing consistent, high quality advice and service across the College. The role suits someone who enjoys juggling multiple moving parts, staying ahead of deadlines, and keeping things running calmly during busy periods. You’ll also look for ways to improve how things are done — refining processes, strengthening communication, and helping the team deliver even better outcomes over time.
