Location: Fully Remote (Philippines) Schedule: AEST or PH Time Salary: $1,000 USD/month A dynamic, church-focused website builder specializing in web management and design solutions is seeking an Administrative Virtual Assistant to help with daily administrative tasks and support smooth day-to-day operations. In this role, you will support the team with general admin tasks, keep records and processes up to date, organize files, and assist with basic coordination and follow-ups. Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support such as email management, data entry, and file organization Help create and manage tickets on the builds board in Asana Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and trackers Handle document preparation, formatting, and basic research tasks Assist with internal coordination and follow-ups with team members Maintain accurate records and ensure information is properly documented Support basic process improvements and workflow organization Perform other administrative tasks as assigned Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar role Strong organizational and time-management skills Very good written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Basic knowledge of task management or CRM tools is a plus Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Intercom, etc.) Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, as this role may occasionally involve support-style communication with customers Comfortable working independently in a remote environment If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling multiple administrative tasks in a remote environment, this role is for you.
