Job Description: Gerenciar agendas, reuniões e compromissos do Plant Manager e Diretor de Operações; Cuidar da frota de veículos; Garantir o pagamento do SEM PARAR; Receber visitantes, prestando suporte aos clientes internos e externos; Solicitar coffees para reuniões; Organizar, arquivar e controlar documentos físicos e digitais; Preparar relatórios, planilhas e apresentações conforme necessidade; Apoiar na logística de reuniões, eventos e viagens; Controlar materiais de escritório e realizar pedidos de reposição; Auxiliar em processos administrativos diversos, garantindo o cumprimento de prazos e procedimentos internos; Atuar como ponto de contato entre a equipe e outras áreas da empresa.
