The role The opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our team. You will provide essential administrative and organisational support across the business, helping teams stay coordinated, informed, and focused on delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to busy environments and takes pride in keeping things organised, accurate, and running efficiently. You will work closely with colleagues across technical, operational, and commercial teams, supporting day-to-day coordination and ensuring key information, documents, and logistics are managed effectively. This role is perfect for a self starter who loves to get stuff done! What You'll Be Doing: Supporting day-to-day administrative activities across the business Organising and maintaining documents, records, and shared files Maintaining project trackers and monitoring deadlines, helping coordinate teams to keep projects progressing against schedule Coordinating meetings, calendars, and internal communications Preparing documents, reports, and presentations where required Assisting with multiple site coordination including supplies, visitors, and logistics Supporting travel arrangements and meeting logistics when needed Helping ensure information is organised and accessible across teams This role is varied and dynamic, and will suit someone who enjoys helping teams stay organised and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.
