Our team ensures safe, efficient, and responsible handling of hazardous materials, supporting businesses across various industries in the UK. We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin/Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team and help maintain smooth operations across multiple departments.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Supporting office management with general correspondence, answering phone calls, and assisting with scheduling and ops coordination.
  • Stock / Facilities Support: Managing materials stock levels in stores and ordered supplies as and when required. Supporting with management of contractors delivering building / facility maintenance.
  • Commercial Support: Booking appointments for the commercial team, booking new waste loads into disposal outlets and assisting with transport planning where required.
  • Accounts Management: Process invoices, tracking payments, and maintaining accurate financial / compliance records within company systems.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure documentation is recorded and aligns with industry standards and supplying customers with final completed documentation.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organised records for waste disposal tracking, customer accounts, and financial transactions where needed
  • Customer & Supplier Interaction: Liaise with clients & suppliers regarding billing and documentation.
  • Reporting & Data Entry: Prepare financial reports, update internal systems such as Microsoft Dynamics / Salesforce, and support audit preparations.
