Description: The Administrator, Accounts Payable/Receivable position will report directly to and work closely with JumpFly’s President and Founders. Applicant must be able to seamlessly step into the role of Administrator. Accounting background is a must (10+ years’ experience). This position will also work closely with Director of Human Resources. The Administrator, Accounts Payable/Receivable position requires an accounting background, support for payroll, and responsibility for the company's SIMPLE IRA. This role is also responsible for the company’s retirement fund, SIMPLE IRA. Required Skills: * Must have 10+ years of experience in Accounting and Payroll * Use and knowledge of QuickBooks * 10+ years of Accounts Payable, Receivable and billing * Knowledge of Payroll, Paycor knowledge is a plus * Experience with client-facing responsibilities * Must be VERY organized * Extensive experience with retirement accounts (SIMPLE IRA) * Responsible for commissions distribution * Must have expert knowledge of Google Doc and Excel If you do not meet all the above requirements STOP. Responsibilities
