The Administrator acts as the first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.  Working on-site in the United Arab Emirates, the Administrator is responsible for a variety of administrative and logistical tasks, including document management, expense reporting, and supporting the organization of board and leadership meetings. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. The Administrator plays a key role in supporting the CEO Office's operational efficiency and upholding the reputation of AD Ports Group as a global trade and logistics leader.
