We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in our Tunbridge Wells office. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of administrative tasks. Why Join Logistics UK? Key Responsibilities Entering data accurately and on time to support daily business operations. Meeting strict daily data entry targets, deadlines, and schedule compliance requirements. Updating and maintaining CRM systems to ensure accurate customer and internal records. Communicating professionally with customers by email and telephone. Working with internal departments to ensure smooth information flow and timely task completion. Maintaining strong attention to detail and demonstrating solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively. Confident using computers, including CRM and database systems. Good written and verbal communication skills when dealing with colleagues and customers. Able to manage your workload independently, meet deadlines, and solve problems proactively. A positive team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and supports others when needed.
