We’re looking for a Works Administrator to join our South East Accommodation team and play a vital role in supporting the smooth delivery of essential works across our Defence contract. If you thrive on juggling priorities, keeping things running efficiently, and being the go-to person for administrative support, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

As our Administrator, you’ll be central to the team, ensuring that core works are delivered on time and that void inspection tasks are scheduled seamlessly. No two days will be the same, and you’ll work closely with colleagues, service partners, and Defence representatives to keep everything running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include scheduling and allocating monthly void inspection tasks, inputting updates into our systems, handling calls and queries with professionalism, producing reports and maintaining trackers, supporting management and raising purchase orders while managing billing processes.
You will report to the Regional Operations Lead while working closely with the wider VIVO Operations and Support teams, Defence Infrastructure Organisation personnel, local customer representatives, service partner operatives and supervisors, and Pinnacle representatives. Collaboration will be at the heart of this role, with strong relationships essential to success.
