JOB DESCRIPTION

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Part-Time Administrator for a growing micro-company that provides specialist technical services to the healthcare and life sciences sector.
The ideal candidate must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills to ensure clarity and accuracy in all interactions. This includes making clear and confident phone calls, drafting professional correspondence, and providing precise written instructions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Confidence in making and handling phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Ability to write clear, structured, and well-worded documents and emails
  • Strong attention to detail in reviewing and preparing documents
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Word, with working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and other relevant tools
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Driving license
    Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: €13.50-€15.50 per hour
    Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
