WORKING HOURS: TUESDAY & THURSDAY 9:00AM–3:00PM, WEDNESDAY HALF DAY

Are you an experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting others? We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team in a part-time Administrator role, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our care home.

SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in using various IT software packages.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Accuracy and confidence in handling numerical data.
  • A team player who is also comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the administration and financial processes of the home are accurate, efficient, and compliant. Your duties will include:

  • Developing and maintaining effective administrative and financial systems to meet internal and external requirements.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping and providing information as required.
  • Managing financial transactions in line with our procedures, and maintaining financial reporting in the absence of the Home Manager.
  • Supporting compliance with CQC standards and company procedures.
