PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Administrator and ESG Coordinator will work as part of the on-site team and support in ensuring the success of the new Oxford North development. The role is site-based, supporting the wider Property Management team in the day-to-day management and reporting of the asset, including coordination and reporting of the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) operational deliverables.
As Administrator, this person will need to ensure close liaison between all parties on-site. Complementing the Property Management team, these also include service partners such as security and cleaning, front of house personnel, and occupiers as appropriate. The role will support the on-site team regarding corporate data collection linked to the operation of Oxford North, including Health & Safety reporting, and support with sourcing content for Board Reports relating to the operational performance of the Innovation District.
As ESG Coordinator, a key focus will be supporting the on-site team in monitoring the asset performance against the ESG and sustainability targets set and promoting best practice. As a result, this role will also link with the Savills Property Management central ESG team directly in relation to the implementation of the Client’s ESG Brief. This covers environmental performance of the buildings and wider campus (energy, carbon emissions, waste, ecology) and social impact (liaison with local community, coordination of social value initiatives).
The successful candidate must have the ability to develop strong working relationships with service partners, Property Management site teams, and corporate occupiers to ensure strategic targets are being met.
Savills’ culture is one of trust and respect, teamwork and collaboration. Our teams and our clients benefit when we work together, listening to and learning from each other. Above all, we value the motivation of our people. This is evidenced by our wellbeing offer, our capability to facilitate flexible working and our support to enjoy a healthy work-life balance.
This team has a flexible approach, so please discuss what this might look like for your role in your discussions and interviews.
