We are looking for an Administrator to join our commercial team in Bulford. This role primarily involves raising Purchase Orders, and supporting the commercial lead with general administrative tasks around our MoD Housing Void contract.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with engineers, and subcontractors to gather order requirements
  • Liaise with our Finance department
  • Raise purchase orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Track and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery and update relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders and supporting documentation.
  • Follow up with suppliers on delivery timelines, backorders, and any changes to existing orders.
  • Ensure all procurement activity complies with company policies and budget approvals.
  • Assist with invoice matching and resolving PO-related discrepancies.
  • Support internal audits by providing documentation and explanations related to purchase orders.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
