JOB DESCRIPTION

Applus+ is a leading global energy service provider looking to recruit a Technical Clerk to be based on our client’s site in Ellesmere Port on an initial twelve week contract starting on the ASAP.. This role will be responsible for compiling detailed technical reports using Microsoft Word, maintaining tracking spreadsheets in Excel format, recording and updating database with photocopying and scanning where required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and control Work Control and reporting processes maintaining filing systems where necessary.
  • Assist in providing an effective quality control system for the NDT function on site.
  • Ensure data inputting is correct and done in a timely manner.
  • Assist in drawing up and monitoring work lists and plans.
  • Assist the NDT Site Manager in processing timesheets and invoices.
  • Assist the NDT Site Manager in arranging training and keeping training and SQEP records.
  • General office duties.
  • Interface between NDT Engineer, Station, Contract Companies and other Structural Integrity Groups.
  • Assist with any other duties as and when required.
  • Undertake specific projects as instructed by management.
