JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and ready to grow in the real estate industry. Freshers are welcome to apply training will be provided.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate field.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, team-oriented, and professional attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing property listings across CRM systems and real estate portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).
  • Help prepare documents including contracts, tenancy agreements, and RERA forms (Form A, B, F).
  • Schedule property viewings, client meetings, and update calendars.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
  • Coordinate with agents, clients, and landlords regarding property inquiries and documentation.
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day admin tasks and lead follow-ups.
  • Assist with basic marketing tasks (e.g., social media posts, and brochures).
