REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and office staff
  • Manage and maintain project documents, contracts, and permit applications
  • Schedule meetings, site visits, and manage calendars
  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients for timely communication
  • Assist with timesheet tracking, basic invoicing, and document preparation
  • Handle general office duties and support team as needed
