Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll support the smooth administration of trusts, working closely with senior colleagues and external advisers. You’ll help keep trust records accurate and up to date, assist with financial and tax reporting, and play a key part in day-to-day compliance and client communication.

  • Financial Support – Recording income and expenses, assisting with trust accounts, and reconciling bank and investment records.
  • Client Communication – Drafting routine correspondence, managing queries, and helping to organise trustee meetings.
  • Compliance & Tax Admin – Supporting AML/KYC checks, gathering tax return information, and helping meet reporting deadlines.
  • Asset & Investment Tracking – Keeping asset schedules updated, processing basic transactions, and liaising with trust managers in your team and external financial providers.
  • Team Support – Providing general admin support to fee earners and being a helpful part of a collaborative Private Client team.
