Job Title: Administrator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with customers, manage inventory, oversee delivery scheduling, and ensure smooth yard operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle administrative tasks with precision and contribute to meeting team KPIs in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in person and enter orders into the precast management software. Oversee inventory management, delivery scheduling, and yard operations across multiple locations. Collaborate with drivers, loaders, and quality control to ensure trucks are loaded accurately and efficiently. Handle administrative tasks such as updating records, processing returns, obtaining quotes, and approving freight invoices. Strive to meet shipping team KPIs while completing additional assigned duties. Essential Skills 1+ year of experience in shipping, customer communication, and liaising with foremen, superintendents, and trucking companies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Access, Teams, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills and excellent teamwork abilities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving mindset. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Titan software. Background in construction. Work Environment The work schedule typically runs from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the first week being 8 hours per day. Expect overtime about 2-3 times a week until approximately 6:30 PM. The role is based in the NW region. The environment is fast-paced with a strong focus on teamwork and offers opportunities for learning and growth. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Calgary, AB. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
