Description

Responsibilities: Review MPF related forms and update the ECA master log on daily basis accordingly to the ECA procedure manual. For those unclean cases, take follow up with agents to ensure the agents as SPI of AXA are compliance with the requirements. Handle the daily documents which received daily for Pension products and pass to relevant stakeholders for handling. Handle the reassignment requests on daily basis. Qualifications: Form 5 or above preferably with MPF professional qualification At least 1 year working experience in service industry, preferably in large financial institution or in pension administration Good customer service mindset Detail-minded, eager to learn and able to work under pressure Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Good PC skill including Excel, Word and Power Point and Chinese Word Processing About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 50 markets and serving 95 million customers worldwide.
