And as an Administrator with Bellrock, you’ll do it by

  • Administering the site facilities helpdesk operations including processing orders and goods receiving
  • Process daily FedEx and occasional DHL shipments from site
  • Provide reception cover when required
  • Accept incoming deliveries as required
  • Provide admin support to Location Manager and service team
  • All the tasks associated with working in a busy office and reception area when required, ensuring an excellent standard of services is provided at all times.
  • To undertake any specific training when required to do so and overall to have a responsibility towards self-development.
  • To ensure the confidentiality of all the company’s and clients’ documentation and information.
  • To contribute to team performance and adopt a flexible working relationship with other members of team.
  • To maintain compliance with Health and Safety requirements of the business.To be familiar with and comply with the requirements of the company’s procedures
