Responsibilities

1) Administration and Reporting – Manage an efficient and high standard of administration to
meet expectations and compliance to HQ reporting and administrative policies and procedures
as well as ECDA reporting and regulatory standards for licensing.
2) Enrolment, sales and conversion – Support and facilitate school tours for prospective new
parents and follow up with the administration and reporting of visits, conversion and enrolment
forecasting to meet enrolment targets.
3) Health, Safety and nutrition – Support and facilitate the day-to-day operational functions and
SOPs pertaining to children’s care and well-being in health, nutrition, hygiene, supervision and
safety practices.
4) Environment and estates – Support and facilitate the day-to-day operational functions and
SOPs pertaining to the upkeep of environment, facilities and equipment to appropriately present
the Odyssey’s brand image while effectively promote a safe, secure and conducive environment
for the children, staff, families and visitors.
5) Collaborating with families – Support and engage in plans and initiatives to build a culture of
customer-centric collaborations and partnerships that prioritize on building trust and confidence,
and maintaining ongoing communication and engagement with families.
6) Build sustainable partnership and positive working relationships with all levels of the school
community and with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, community and business partners.
7) Business and programme continuity – Support the brand’s and schools’ efforts at promoting
and delivering outcomes in related aspects of the programme such as; financials, staff
development and engagement, customer engagement, curriculum and operation excellence.
8) Teamwork and collaboration – Support and engage in the culture of collaboration and
teamwork with all levels effective communication and engagement with centre leaders and
colleagues.
9) Networking and advocacy – Engage in articulating the Odyssey programme philosophy and
unique selling points, and promote customer service at all touch points to promote continual
customer endorsement for the brand.
10) Build professional capacity - Support and engage in embracing policies and processes for
establishing a school-wide culture of professionalism driven by the Odyssey programme
philosophy, culture and core values.
