This position will float between both locations. Role Overview: Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Administrator will possess excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong team-oriented mindset. Key responsibilities include preparing client files, scheduling time-sensitive matters, and managing various administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Strong organizational and prioritization skills
· Keen attention to detail
· Comprehensive understanding of the POA/HTA and Criminal Code of Canada (an asset)

Responsibilities

· Create and maintain client files
· Schedule all client appointments and activities
· Ensure confidentiality of all corporate and client information
· Correspond professionally with courts, agents, clients, and colleagues
· Prepare legal documents
· Answer incoming calls
· Send and receive faxes and emails
· Assist prospective and active clients
· Perform data entry tasks
· Invoice clients
· Maintain minimal Accounts Receivable
· Request necessary documentation from the courts
· Verify agent invoices
· Archive completed files
· Assist with other clerical duties as requested by management
· Comply with all corporate policies and procedures
