Description
Help Australians navigate one of the most important moments in their financial lives At MUFG Pension & Market Services, we connect millions of people with their assets—safely, securely and responsibly. Within this, MUFG Retirement Solutions plays a critical role in the Australian superannuation system. We partner with some of the country’s most recognised funds, supporting members through key life events—retirement, claims, and major financial decisions. This isn’t just administration. It’s about delivering accuracy, clarity and confidence at moments that matter. What you’ll be doing (the impact you’ll have) As a Superannuation Administrator, you’ll be trusted to deliver high-quality outcomes for members of our clients, ensuring their accounts, payments and communications are handled with care and precision. You’ll: * Take ownership of administration tasks end-to-end—processing payments, updating accounts and issuing communications within agreed SLAs * Establish new pension memberships and work through more complex cases that require problem-solving and judgement * Partner closely with Contact Centre teams to deliver a seamless member experience * Actively manage your workflow, balancing quality and efficiency * Escalate issues early and contribute to solutions that protect service standards * Ensure all work meets strict regulatory obligations (AML, SIS, AFSL, RSE) * Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives * Maintain accurate reporting and keep documentation up to date How you’ll experience working here This is a structured, high-accountability environment—but one where you’re supported to succeed. You’ll be part of a team that: * Values accuracy and attention to detail, knowing small errors can have real impacts * Works collaboratively across teams, not in silos * Balances performance expectations with genuine support and coaching * Encourages people to speak up, improve processes and challenge the status quo * Operates in a hybrid model, giving you flexibility while staying connected What you’ll bring You don’t need to come from superannuation—but you do need to care about getting things right. We’re looking for someone who brings: * Experience in administration or operations (financial services experience is helpful, but not essential) * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks * Clear written and verbal communication skills * Confidence working with systems and tools like Microsoft Word and Excel * A team-first mindset and ability to collaborate effectively * The ability to work to deadlines and performance targets Experience in superannuation or pensions will set you up well—but we’ll support you to learn. What you get in return At MUFG Retirement Solutions, we’re building careers—not just filling roles. You’ll have access to: * Additional leave options (purchased leave, wellbeing leave, volunteer leave, gender transition leave) * Learning and development at your fingertips, including formal study support * Recognition programs that celebrate impact and contribution * Salary packaging and novated leasing options * Employee discounts (including Bupa and Microsoft) * Employee Assistance Program for wellbeing support Most importantly, you’ll be part of a business that is: * Growing in a stable, regulated industry * Investing in transformation and continuous improvement * Connected globally, with local impact across Australia Why MUFG Retirement Solutions We are an inclusive employer whose people work collaboratively.
