We have an exciting opportunity for a proactively supportive individual to work as part of our Bristol based team as an administrator. The post holder will provide efficient high level administrative support, including typing and preparation of communications and documents, maintenance of electronic file systems, call handling, diary management and other administrative duties as required.
The post holder will join a friendly team working across a range of levels and support functions. Our Bristol office has over 50 professionals across our main divisions which means there are lots of exciting events going on with various office socials, health & wellbeing and fundraising activities to get involved in.

Responsibilities
  • Produce accurate and well-presented documents including reports, client correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets within agreed time frames
  • Handle enquiries over the telephone and take any necessary action
  • Copy typing, and drafting of letters, reports, invoices etc.
  • Produce location maps for reports and property particulars
  • Edit property particulars and list on websites
  • Diary management and organising of meetings
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing post
  • Carry out timely and accurate administration of databases
  • General office duties such as filing, photocopying, printing etc.
  • Maintain close communication with other administrators across different divisions to ensure efficient running of the department at all times
  • Effectively liaise with other relevant professionals to maintain a sound working knowledge of all relevant areas of work
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of compliance information such as money laundering and clients’ compliance systems (for administrative purposes)
