Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to support our clients account management team. This role involves assisting customers with their accounts, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will play a crucial part in optimising customer use of our client’s platform and providing administrative and training support.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ADMINISTRATOR:

  • Process fleet updates and maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce CRM
  • Manage customer expectations, responding to queries and providing portal training
  • Regularly liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support customer needs
  • Assist in generating reports, analysing data, and ensuring high levels of customer service
