Responsibilities

WHAT IS THE ROLE?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our centralised team in Melbourne. This role is integral to managing credit and debit processes, as well as supporting various centralised administrative functions. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a team to ensure efficient and effective management of financial transactions and administrative tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Credit and Debit Management:


    • Assist in the monitoring and management of credit and debit accounts.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations in all collections efforts.
    • Support the preparation of reports related to credit and debit activities.
    • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies.
    • Administrative Support:


      • Provide general administrative support to the centralised team.

      • Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation.
      • Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency.
      • Communication and Collaboration:


        • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

        • Work closely with team members to ensure alignment and consistency in processes.
        • Contribute to a positive team environment by actively participating in team meetings and initiatives.
