Who are Chevron Traffic Management?
In simple terms, Chevron Traffic Management is the company that sets up temporary road or lane closures, diversions routes or pedestrian walkways to keep road workers and road users safe while roadworks are underway. This involves putting out road cones, signage, temporary traffic lights, pedestrian crossings, and barriers. Our work is visible all over the country. About the role of Administrator:

The Administrator sits at the heart of everything we and you will be responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining systems with all required works
• Monitoring and reporting on performance, ensuring that we exceed our targets and service levels.
• Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries from clients, as well as general enquiries and visitors to the location
• Quoting for event works
• Providing regular and ad hoc management information and reports
• Planning meetings and taking minutes
• Assisting in the preparation of scheduled reports
• Keeping accurate records of all clients’ requirements
• Actioning requests applications
• Creating customer invoices
• Any other administrative tasks required by your Line Manager

What we’re looking for in an Administrator:
A proactive individual, you possess a high level of administrative skills and are extremely organised. You boast excellent communication skills, have a hands-on approach and ‘can-do’ attitude. As a professional individual, you will find it easy to form effective working relationships with people on all levels.
