We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join our team at our Coleraine site on a 6 month contract. This role will focus primarily on credit control while also supporting a range of administrative functions across the department. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining strong financial and customer service standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in credit control or financial administration
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Credit Control
  • Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding debts
  • Contact customers to arrange payment of overdue accounts
  • Resolve invoice and payment queries promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of all credit control activity
  • Work closely with the finance team to report on debt status and support monthly reconciliations
  • Administrative Support
  • Provide general administrative assistance within the team
  • Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Assist with order processing, stock control, and delivery documentation
  • Support customer service functions, including answering calls and responding to queries
