In this role, you’ll help keep the Department of Management running smoothly by supporting academic staff, assisting with teaching activities, and providing a responsive point of contact for students, staff, and visitors. You’ll coordinate meetings and events, maintain office systems and supplies, handle general enquiries, and ensure our workspace is well organised and efficient. The role also includes core financial tasks such as purchase card reconciliation, processing reimbursements, purchasing, and invoicing. Further details/Pūroko This is a permanent part-time (18.75 hours per week) position, ideally working Mon-Fri with flexibility around the start time, located in Ōtepoti, Dunedin. The appointment range for this role at Level 4 is $63,508 to $68,185. Top of Range $73,640. The Administrator function includes Kaiwhakahaere Tari positions, which support the implementation of our Māori Strategic Framework and the University’s commitment to the success of Māori students and staff.
