Warvena Construction is a growing Cornwall-based construction company entering an exciting new chapter. With more projects on the horizon, we’re looking for a motivated Administrator to join our team.
This isn’t your standard admin job. Yes, you’ll help keep our office and finances running smoothly, but you’ll also have the chance to get involved in tenders, marketing, social media, and even supporting our site teams. If you’re looking for variety, progression, and the chance to grow with us — this is it.

Responsibilities

Initially, your focus will be on:

  • Administration & Finance Support – invoices, reconciliations, supplier accounts, HR records, timesheets.
  • Construction Administration – preparing project files, subcontractor compliance (CIS, CSCS, insurance), maintaining site documentation.
  • Tender & Pre-Construction Support – assisting with bid documents, tender submissions, and preparing interview packs.
  • Site Support – helping Site Managers and Directors with procurement, site set-ups, and project close-out documentation.

As we grow, you’ll also step into:

  • Marketing & Social Media – promoting our projects online and showcasing our work.
  • Business Development – researching opportunities, supporting tender interviews, and helping us win new work.
  • Company Growth Projects – sharing ideas, spotting opportunities, and helping drive Warvena forward.
