We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator, Contracts & Insurance with a strong emphasis on insurance oversight, contract review, claims management, and litigation support. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in coordinating corporate and project insurance requirements, managing legal documentation, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations across various stakeholders.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar Contracts Administrator, Insurance Coordinator, or Legal Assistant role (preferably in real estate development or construction)
  • Post-secondary education, preferably in a related field
  • Strong understanding of insurance policies and risk management practices
  • Familiarity with legal documents, claims processes, and construction project lifecycles
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
