Do you have coordination experience looking for a nationally renowned business offering a stable permanent role with great progression opportunities through ongoing training?
On offer is a great opportunity to join this industry-leader in an office-based role where you play a vital role in the Projects / Maintenance at prestige sites with excellent company benefits.
This company have been rapidly expanding within the Residential Parks industry and now operate over 90 high-end and bespoke parks across the UK. As a result of their recent success they are now looking to onboard a new supervisor.
In this role you will be working Monday - Friday out of their modern office within Grays. You will be working alongside the Contract Managers coordinating the maintenance teams across all residential facilities. This will involve groundworks and general trades responsibilities.
This role would suit someone with Admin or Coordinator experience who has familiarity within Engineering / Construction and wants a secure role and good work life balance.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Maintenance and Engineering teams.
  • Various administrative tasks running residential parks.
  • Office based role (Monday - Friday 9 - 5.30).
