We have an exciting opportunity for an organised individual to join our team!
The Legal PA will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, proactive PA and administrative support service, showing initiative and working unprompted, enabling fee earners to maximise their fee earning potential and develop their practice.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Acting as a point of contact for clients (new and existing) and internal and external contacts
  • Matter management, to include file opening/client inception
  • Manage accurate monthly delivery of volume bills
  • Diary management, including making appointments and bookings, diarising hearings and deadlines
  • Audio typing/transcription of dictation and documents where required by the fee earners
  • Organising and booking travel arrangements
  • Submitting expense claims
  • Providing prompts and reminders for fee earners’ important tasks and deadlines
  • Assisting with the preparation of standard form correspondence
  • Implementing and maintaining administrative systems and procedures
