FIS provides evidence-based screening, assessment and intervention services for individuals in custody and the community. We focus on areas such as violent and sexual offending, restorative justice, violent extremism and family violence.
As an administrator, you will be responsible for making sure the administrative, support and reception services run smoothly for the FIS team. You will also be the go-to person for solving any problems that arise with support services or how we serve our clients.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The administrator delivers services in line with our policies and procedures.

You will:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support. This includes managing administrative systems, databases and processes and ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Manage incident management support. This involves responding to and resolving incidents effectively and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Oversee physical asset management. This includes managing the physical assets of the business unit, coordinating access for contractors and visitors and maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
  • Monitor and improve service delivery. This involves tracking service delivery standards, identifying emerging trends and issues, and recommending solutions to enhance service quality.
  • Produce high-quality written communication. This includes drafting a range of business correspondence and reports, ensuring clear, concise and accurate communication within and outside the organization.
