The role includes a wide range of duties such as;

  • Meeting & greeting customers
  • Answering phones & transferring calls
  • Generating quotes & processing orders for walk-in customers
  • Post, filing, emailing, photocopying, & scanning
  • Managing stationery orders
  • Customer & Supplier Invoice input
  • Cash handling & processing card payments
  • General admin tasks using Microsoft Office
  • First Aid - Appointed Person
  • Fire Marshall - Appointed Person
